2023 7th International Conference on Education and E-Learning

The 7th International Conference on Education and E-Learning held in Tokyo, Japan, from November 25 to 27, 2023, was a resounding success, drawing participants from 37 countries and regions worldwide. The conference served as a global platform for the exchange of ideas, insights, and research findings in the field of education and e-learning.

The ICEEL 2023 have garnered strong support from esteemed institutions such as Otsuma Women's University, Japan, Kumamoto University, Japan, and Tokyo Healthcare University, Japan. We are also grateful for the sponsorship of the Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal. This support has propelled these conferences to the forefront of academic discourse in the fields of education and e-learning.

The impressive number of 194 submissions from 37 countries and regions worldwide, showcasing the truly international and inclusive nature of the academic gathering. Countries represented included Japan, Canada, UK, Australia, Mexico, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Germany, Spain, Thailand, Burma, Malta, Malaysia, China, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, United States, Philippines, Nigeria, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Macao, Russia, Vietnam, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Kuwait, Dubai, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Oman, and many others.

Conference Local Chair Prof.Hywel Evans, Otsuma Women's University, Japan host the morning keynote session and addressed the opening ceremony of the conference and also expressed his sincere gratitude to the co-organizers and warm welcome to all the experts and scholars attending the conference. Our conferences aim to delve into the myriad facets of education and language studies. We are delighted to announce two enlightening keynote speeches by luminaries in their respective fields: Professor Hironori Washizaki from Waseda University, Japan, and Professor Katsuaki Suzuki from Kumamoto University, Japan. Their contributions will illuminate the overarching themes of ICEEL 2023 and ICLLL 2023.


In addition to these keynote addresses, we are honored to present 11 invited speeches from distinguished professionals such as Assoc. Prof. Eugene G. Kowch from University of Calgary, Canada; Prof. Nuno Martins from Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal; Prof. Kumiko Aoki, The Open University of Japan, Japan; Assoc. Prof. Mikie Nishiyama from Tokyo Healthcare University, Japan; Assoc. Prof. Sherif Welsen, University of Nottingham Ningbo China, China; Reader Neil Gordon, University of Hull, UK; Researcher Dr. Jihong Ding from Hainan University, China. These presentations are designed to delve into the nuances of our chosen topics and further expand our collective understanding.


Furthermore, the program includes eight technical sessions and one poster session covering diverse topics, ranging from Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality in Education to Mobile Technology Assisted Education and Digital Education, reflecting the richness and breadth of research in education and e-learning.

In addition, the conference was composed of 8 technical oral online sessions.
